Ingredients
- 50ml L16 Organic Gin
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml elderflower liqueur
- 10ml simple syrup
- Club soda
- Lemon twist (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add the gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
