Ingredients
- 50ml Latitude 16 Organic Gin
- 25ml fresh orange juice
- 15ml pineapple juice
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml agave syrup
- Pineapple wedge (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add the gin, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a small sprig of mint.
